The six stages of learning

Stage 1 State of mind

you need to be relaxed, confident and motivated. If you are stressed, or lack of self-confidence or can't understand why you need to learn, you will not focus.

Stage 2 Intake of information

Learn it your way, we all differ in our preferences to see, hear and get physically involved in what we are learning.

Stage 3 Explore the subject

Here comes the difference between knowing about something and understanding it. You can turn surface knowledge to deep understanding, through utilizing your learning preferences.

Stage 4 Memorize the subject

Memorize the key elements of the subject you have learned, the aim is to hold the backbone of the subject in your mind so you can remmember it whenever you want.

Stage 5 Show you know

Test your understanding of what you have learned, you can't be sure untill you make the test.

Stage 6 Reflect on how you learn

The aim is not only to improve your knowledge but also your ability to learn and develop your capabilities
