How many brains do we have and how they work ?

Studies have shown that we use only 2% only of our brain capacity.

Our brain is like a computer without a manual.

This course will tell you how to use it.

The first surprise is that scientists have found that we have 3 brains:
Each evolved after the other.

1-At the base of the skull we have the primative brain. (Orange colour in the picture)

It keeps us breathing, our heart beating, fight, run from danger and also controls more the primative inistincts.

2-Next to evolve is the middle brain ( purpule colour ) that all mammals have and only recently we realized how important it is to learning. It controls the hormonal system, immune system, sexuality, our emotions and important role in long term memory.

So take that into consideration strong emotions and long term memory are controled in the same area of the brain. Ex. When there was an accident, graduation moments, first love in our lives, newborn or death and so on….. We never forgot these moments because it was associated with strong emotins.
Fun and enjoyment are always associated with strong happy emotions so mix it with learning.

3- The third brain ( the rest colours in the pictue ) which is truly extraordinary.
The good news is that it has all the capacity you will ever need to learn anything you need to learn and remember.
It has an incredible capacity of about 100 billion brain cells which is almost equal to 20 times the world's population.
